Refund Policy

At IPHM Growth Hub Ltd, we aim to be fair, transparent, and supportive while also being clear about how our services work. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or using our services.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, software access, and ongoing platform costs, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

By purchasing or activating any IPHM Growth Hub service, you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. 24-Hour Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your IPHM Growth Hub service within 24 hours of initial purchase or activation for a full refund, provided the service has not been materially used.

Once the Growth Hub system has been accessed, configured, or actively used, refunds may no longer be available, even within the 24-hour period.


3. Use of Third-Party Platforms (Go High Level)

Some IPHM Growth Hub services include or rely on third-party platforms, including Go High Level.

Please note:

Any costs incurred through Go High Level are non-refundable once the service has been used

We are unable to refund charges relating to system usage, automation activity, emails, workflows, or platform access once activated

IPHM Growth Hub Ltd does not control Go High Level’s billing, fees, or refund policies

If Go High Level services have been used, accessed, or activated on your behalf, those costs cannot be refunded.


4. Ongoing Monthly Services

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Access to the Growth Hub will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.


5. IPHM Member Pricing

Discounted IPHM member pricing is available only while you hold an active IPHM accreditation or membership.

If your IPHM membership or accreditation ends, is cancelled, or lapses:

Your Growth Hub pricing will automatically revert to the standard non-member rate

The updated price will be applied from the next billing cycle onward

No refunds will be issued for previous discounted periods

It is your responsibility to maintain your IPHM membership to remain eligible for member pricing.


6. Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period

If you cancel your service after the 24-hour cooling-off period:

No refunds will be issued for any fees already paid

You will not be charged for future billing periods once cancellation has been confirmed


7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be considered at our discretion for exceptional circumstances. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis and do not set a precedent for future refunds.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect service or legal changes. The latest version will always be available on our website.
