Some services integrate with third-party platforms, including (but not limited to) the CRM platform Go High Level.

Please note:

Any fees charged by Go High Level are set by them, not by IPHM Growth Hub Ltd

You are responsible for paying any Go High Level fees directly to them

We do not collect, manage, or control Go High Level payments, pricing, or billing

We encourage you to review Go High Level’s own terms, policies, and pricing on their official website before using their services

7. Platform Access, Usage Limits, Wallet Billing & Additional Charges

7.1 Nature of the Platform

The Growth Hub is a software access product delivered via a white-labelled third-party platform. By purchasing access, you are entering into an agreement for use of software infrastructure, not for a guaranteed outcome, result, level of performance, or business success.

Growth Hub provides:

Access to the platform for the duration of your active subscription

Configuration as outlined in your selected plan

Access to community-based support (where included)

Growth Hub does not:

Own, control, or develop the underlying software

Control pricing, limits, or technical behaviour of third-party services

Override platform-imposed restrictions, billing rules, or usage thresholds

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to the rules, limits, and policies of the underlying software provider.

7.2 Wallet System & Usage-Based Billing

7.2.1 What the Wallet Is
The wallet is a prepaid balance used to fund usage-based features, including but not limited to communication services, AI tools, and third-party integrations.

Wallet balances:

Are deducted in real time as usage occurs

Are not invoices issued in advance

Reflect actual consumption of platform resources

7.2.2 Your Responsibility
By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for monitoring your wallet balance

You must ensure sufficient funds are available to cover usage

Usage charges are incurred automatically, without manual approval per action

Wallet charges are non-refundable once incurred

Growth Hub does not:

Monitor wallet balances on your behalf

Approve or block individual usage actions

Reverse or reimburse wallet charges

7.3 Communication Services & Charges

7.3.1 Email Services
Email sending is not unlimited. Depending on your configuration, email may be sent via:

Platform Email (LeadConnector Infrastructure):

Emails are billed per unit of usage

Charges are deducted directly from your wallet

No guaranteed free allowance unless explicitly stated

High-volume sending may incur escalating costs

External Email Providers (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook, SendGrid):

Subject to that provider’s limits, pricing, and policies

Growth Hub does not control deliverability, throttling, or charges

External providers may suspend or restrict accounts independently

You acknowledge that:

Email deliverability is never guaranteed

Spam filtering, inbox placement, and open rates are outside Growth Hub’s control

Charges may still apply for platform-related processing even when using external providers

7.3.2 SMS, Phone & WhatsApp Messaging
Where enabled, the following are usage-based services:

SMS and MMS messaging

Phone calls (inbound and outbound)

WhatsApp messaging

Charges vary based on message/call volume, destination country, carrier rates, and third-party provider pricing. All charges:

Are deducted from your wallet

Are non-refundable

Continue to accrue until the feature is disabled or usage stops

You are responsible for:

Obtaining proper consent from recipients

Compliance with all applicable communication laws

Ensuring sufficient wallet funds to support usage

7.4 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

The platform includes optional AI-powered tools, which may include but are not limited to:

Content AI (text, image, and copy generation)

Conversation AI and chatbots

Workflow AI automations

Reviews AI

Funnel AI

Agent Studio and AI Employees

7.4.1 AI Billing

AI features are billed based on usage and may incur variable and fluctuating costs

Charges are deducted directly from your wallet

Costs may increase depending on volume, output complexity, and third-party AI provider pricing

7.4.2 AI Limitations & Responsibility

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate

AI outputs do not constitute professional advice

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before use

Growth Hub is not liable for errors, omissions, or decisions made based on AI-generated content

7.5 Domains, Marketplace Apps & Additional Services

Additional services may include:

Domain purchases and renewals

Advanced domain services

Marketplace applications

Branded client portal or mobile apps

WordPress integrations

Listings services

These services:

Are optional

May be billed as subscriptions, usage-based fees, or one-off charges

Are charged via wallet deductions or direct billing

Once enabled, charges are non-refundable and cancellation may not reverse incurred costs

7.6 Fair Use & Platform Enforcement

All usage is subject to the platform’s Fair Use Policy. Excessive or abnormal usage may result in:

Throttling of services

Additional charges

Temporary suspension of features

Mandatory plan changes or restrictions

Growth Hub does not control fair use thresholds, enforcement actions, or platform suspensions.

7.7 Compliance & Legal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Platform usage

All content created, stored, or transmitted

Obtaining lawful consent for communications

Compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA, and other applicable regulations

Growth Hub is not responsible for legal compliance failures, carrier/provider enforcement actions, or account restrictions due to misuse.

7.8 Billing Acknowledgement

By purchasing access, you expressly acknowledge that:

Your subscription fee covers platform access only

Additional usage-based charges may apply

Wallet deductions occur automatically

Usage charges are final and non-refundable

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to provide helpful, reliable information, IPHM Growth Hub Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPHM Growth Hub Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Site may include links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.

11. Termination of Access
